Durham Region Volleyball Registration

Registration for Winter 2012:

We are currently full, but feel free to still register as we can put you
on the waiting list and spots do open up from time to time.

Please note that all registration must take place online and that
payment must be made prior to playing on the first night.

Please read below for important details regarding
registration:

Registering a Team?
The team captain is required to register the team.
You will be required to provide the following information:
Name of each team member and their email address
Your division of choice
Agree to the terms and conditions of the league for all members

Registering as an Individual or Small Group?
You will fill out the form as an individual or if you are in a small group (2-5 people and don't
have enough for a team). The coordinator will then do her best to put you on a suitable team.

*this is the best way to complete the waiver. Click on the link above,
complete the waiver and click submit! The waiver must be completed prior to
playing on week 1 of your session

For the Hard-Copy DRV WAIVER Click Here
*you may print the waiver out, complete it and hand it in to the league
coordinator prior to playing on week 1 of your session

*it is the responsibility of each DRV member to read and agree to the policies
and procedures of the league

Please note:

. When you register you will choose the division that you would like to play in.

However,

please note that we do not guarantee you the division of your choice.

Registration is

done on a first come, first serve basis, so there first must be

registration spots available.

Secondly, if we see you play on the registration/tryout

night and feel you would be better

suited in a different division then you will be placed

in that division. (It is then your choice

as to whether you would like to remain in the

league or not).
